The annual pass is intended for students residing in Emilia-Romagna and covers the round-trip journey between home and school on public transport services included in the regional program. Valid from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. Important: Pass applications must be completed by 2:00 PM on December 18, 2026. New this year: Elementary and middle schools: the previous year's requirements remain the same. High schools and vocational education and training programs: a fee is payable by the applicant.
Requirements for the 2026/2027 school year
Elementary school
- the student must be resident in Emilia-Romagna;
- must be enrolled in a primary school in the 2026/2027 school year;
- ISEE 2026 certification is not required.
For students born between 2016 and 2020, the issuance method depends on the municipality of residence: in some municipalities, the card is sent directly to the home address, while in others it must be requested online. For children born between January 1, 2021, and April 30, 2021, who are attending the first grade of primary school as early starters, parents must go directly to our Bus Points to obtain a Salta su pass.
Average
- the student must be resident in Emilia-Romagna;
- must attend a lower secondary school in the 2026/2027 school year;
- ISEE 2026 certification is not required.
Students born between January 1, 2011, and December 31, 2012, can also obtain a school pass without an ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) as long as they are still in middle school. Early adopters born in 2016 and enrolled in the first year of middle school follow the issuing procedure established for their municipality of residence. Superiors
- the student must be resident in Emilia-Romagna;
- must be enrolled in a secondary school or in a Professional Education and Training program in the 2026/2027 school year;
- if born between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2012, he or she must have a definitive ISEE 2026 associated with his or her tax code of no more than 30,000 euros;
- If you were born between January 1st and December 31st 2013 and are an early adopter, you do not need to submit the ISEE
How to request a subscription and what to have available
Prepare the necessary data before starting the procedure.
- SPID or CIE of the parent or guardian, if the student is a minor; personal credentials if the student is an adult;
- applicant's email address and telephone number;
- tax code and student data;
- name and location of the institution attended in the 2026/2027 school year;
- any final ISEE 2026 certification;
- recent passport photo in JPG or PNG format, maximum 4.5 MB;
